Acceptance of Terms
By creating a profile, whether free or paid, you signify your acceptance of these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our services.
Subscription and Profiles
- Setup: Farm Owners can sign up to create either a free or paid-for profile listing.
- Subscription Levels: Different profiles come at different costs, reflecting the level of visibility and features offered.
- Changes: You can change your subscription level at any time, with changes affecting the scope and visibility of your profile according to the new package selected.
Payment Terms
- Advance Payment: All payments are required in advance for the month ahead.
- Monthly Recurring Contracts: Subscriptions are monthly recurring contracts. You authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring monthly basis until you cancel or change your subscription.
- Payment Methods: Payments can be made via bank transfer or PayPal.
- No Refunds: There are no refunds for partially used subscription periods.
Integrated Services
- The “Get Paid” service is an integrated feature on our site designed to help Farm Owners manage their invoicing information, subscription levels, and other relevant account details directly within TreeHub.co.uk.
- You do not need to agree to separate terms for “Get Paid”, as its use is governed by these Terms
Cancellation and Downgrading
- Cancellation/Downgrading: You may cancel or downgrade your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation or downgrading, your profile will be adjusted to reflect the scope and visibility of the selected package.
- Effect of Cancellation/Downgrading: Any cancellation or downgrade will take effect from the next billing cycle. Your profile will remain at its current level until the end of the period you have paid for.
Use of Services
You agree to use our website and services in accordance with all applicable laws and regulations and not to use them for any unlawful purpose.
Liability and Indemnification
- We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of your use of our services.
- You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Tree Hub Farms Ltd. and its directors, officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising out of your use of our services.
