If you’re bringing little ones, we define toddlers as aged 0-2yrs old but each farm defines them differently. Some split babies (0-1yrs old) and toddlers (1-3yrs old) so it’s best to check on-site before booking.

During the summer (when it’s dry) it might be possible wheelchairs and buggies that are built for rough terrain to manage the experience but during wetter days, the grass turns muddy and it wouldn’t be suitable for visitors that rely on wheelchair or pushchair support.

Please note that the experiences take place in the field where the alpacas live. This means that there’s no toilet facilities on site and therefore no baby changing either.

Our animals get stressed by dogs so unfortunately it’s not possible to bring them on site

We have space for multiple cars on site during dry days in Summer. Please note that you’ll have to drive down an unpaved dirt/grass track which is on a small hill. Lower cars may struggle with this hill and unfortunately the rain makes this track inaccessible for most cars outside Summer. Check with us before your visit if the track is still looking good!

If the track is not suitable during your visit then we recommend parking in Epping (Bakers Lane normally has plenty of space and is reasonably priced) and getting an Uber or minicab to us.
